Changelog

This isn't specifically to keep innocent bystanders informed of changes made to this website, moreso for me to keep track of things i've learned to do with this coding caper. That way hopefully if i do a thing, and then write about doing that thing, it will harden the knowledge in my brain and make it easier for my memory to recall the file of how to do the thing. If that also makes it easier for someone else to look through my changelog and retroactively apply that knowledge to their own brain, terrific. I doubt that would happen really, but i don't understand people, so what would i know?

• 26/04/26 - started changelog
• 26/04/26 - Attemoted to make the About page a bit more reader friendly
• 26/04/26 - Learned how to put margins around elements or the whole page with style="margin:XXpx;"
• 26/04/26 - Chnaged simple back to main link into a button

As a side note, i'm not doing a course or anything to learn this as i go. i'm coming to a problem, googling the code and trying to manipulate it as i go. So if anyone asks me how i do certain things, i probably won't know, but i'm hoping that if i do it enough, some of it will sink in. It seems to be how i've learned things a lot throughout my existence. Just do the thing until i understand it.

• 27/04/26 - Added more info to about me page
• 27/04/26 - Tried to drum into my head how to leave notes in code
• 27/04/26 - Removed photos from main page
• 28/04/26 - Removed all jpegs and replaced with WebP
• 28/04/26 - Filled Gallery page with thumbnails to load quicker
• 29/04/26 - Made a guestbook and hopefully linked it properly
• 30/04/26 - Put a vistor counter on the landing page but so far it's just counting how many times i've checked my work
• 02/05/26 - Added more gallery pages
